The reason, why you have been banned, is "Alias". That means, there is such a thing in your counter-strike client, which can help you to get advantage before other players, for instance, jump-alias (it helps to jump forward several times without any delay). But there are a lot of aliases, and I cannot say, which you exactly have. In order to know, you should view a "config" file of your counter-strike client (.cfg extention). If you have a steam, a path, where you will find this file, looks approximately so: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life\cstrike. If you have no steam client, than you are gonna have roughly such a path: C:\Program Files (x86)\the name of your client\cstrike.
To avoide following bans you can either erase all your aliases in your "config" file yourself or install any other counter-strike client, which does not have aliases within (for example you can download a local one here http://forum.ggbest.ru/showthread.php?t=232).
